Work Opportunities

We aim to offer a diverse range of work opportunities to suit different levels of experience and ability across internships, our advisory groups, voluntary and paid roles.

Under our “By Us For Us” ethos, we engage directly with our service users as service designers and experts, working in a commercially-focussed and intrapreneurial way to develop our working plans.

Our project priorities and longer term strategy are guided by our specialist advisory groups, in tandem with our external funders and commercial partners.

Current Opportunities:

Youth advisory group members – voluntary

Our first major project is to build our Autistic Youth Hub – a dual online and real world space that celebrates neurodivergent culture and ways of being – while acknowledging the challenges of being autistic through the later stages of adolescence, higher/further education and into the workplace.
